bad location. bad service I left the car far away and walk 🚶‍♂ 1km .No parking inside the hotel. you have to carry your things and walk. no entry 🚫

Great experience in Gjirokaster. A very cozy hotel, perfect room, excellent service and incredible location. Thruogh the windows there's a spectacular view of the.old city. Very recommendable

I Diddnt stay at the hotel, just went to the resturant. The only reason I'll give it two stars, is because the servers was friendly. I got the traditionnelle mix The food left a lot to be desired. It was clearly not fresh. Just old reheated, dry pastry... Every bite left you thirsty. I can't recommend

Perfect location,excellent cleaniness,the food was the best i have ever tasted in Albania,amazing breakfast with traditional products and very filling,very friendly staff,very helpful recepsionists,this is the hotel that i 100% suggest you visit,cant wait to come back here again

for me it deserves 1 stars for the service it has because there are much better hotels at a lower price.if you go at 9 o'clock to eat breakfast, you can eat it at 12 o'clock. don't wait to eat, the food is not fresh.

Room was great and very clean and the food at the dinner but we waited 1 hour for the breakfast that never came and when it came we didn't eat it at all it was scandalous.

Nice room, clean, great view of the city and mountains, ate well. Great, friendly, competent staff, good service. Thank you all! Suggestion for optimization (breakfast): wholemeal bread as an option for white bread... I practically never found it in Albania... I think it's great + maybe other guests too :-)

Great location, in the heart of the old town of Gjirokastra. Beautiful view of the city. open verandas. Good service, reasonable prices. Friendly, helpful staff. Liked it very much.
